So here’s the truth about a productive morning routine: it works for some people and it doesn’t work for others. It’s that simple! For some people, how to plan your day and how to self love starts with your morning routine. For others, this is simply not the case. I cherish the time from 5:30 to 9:30, I really need that time for me, before I start my workday. I use it for reading and journaling and meditation. It’s incredible. And it makes me feel my absolute best.
